Yves Saint Laurent, “Loubie did not invent the Red sole”

You may recall the story of the lawsuit Louboutin from a Yves Saint Laurent about the patent on red sole deposited in America for several years and challenged the French maison which would unlawfully abused, breaking copyright. The reason for the lawsuit resided in the fact that the customer might confuse the products with a significant economic damage to Loubie. The offending shoes? The Palais YSL.

The French fashion house has responded promptly and without getting any threats to intimidate compensation millionaire due to his lawyers, according to Louboutin. In papers filed in response to the quote explains that the use of Red outsole is not an exclusive Louboutin (although to be honest a patent says otherwise) because it was used by Louis XIV, even without counting the many designers who have served and the imaginary film that drew often.
